Pang Xiaodong stated that in recent years, the public's demand for knowledge about healthy living has become more diverse, and the attention to traditional Chinese medicine related knowledge has gradually increased. Further strengthening the work of medical health and science popularization of traditional Chinese medicine is also an inevitable requirement to comply with the needs of the people and the Healthy China Action. The Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine has launched the construction of a standard knowledge base for the popularization of traditional Chinese medicine, expanding the people's awareness, acceptance, and application of traditional Chinese medicine by reducing complexity to simplicity and difficulty to ease. This fully reflects the service concept of "traditional Chinese medicine is everywhere in life, and traditional Chinese medicine is always for life". It is a creative expansion of traditional Chinese medicine popularization work and a new contribution to the construction of a healthy China in the new era. "It is hoped that with the strong care and support of the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the knowledge base of TCM science popularization standards will play a greater and better role in promoting national economic construction and people's health," Pang said.
