The two sides had a long period of frank, in-depth, and constructive communication on the overall relationship between China and the United States and related important issues. Both sides agree to jointly implement the important consensus reached at the Bali meeting between the two heads of state, effectively manage differences, and promote dialogue, exchange, and cooperation. Qin Gang expressed his willingness to visit the United States at the convenience of both sides.
