On June 14th, the Global Forum on Human Rights Governance was held in Beijing. Addressing the issues and challenges of global human rights governance requires the concerted efforts of the international community, upholding the common values of peace, development, fairness, justice, democracy, and freedom for all humanity, promoting peace and stability, and maintaining a secure environment for human rights protection; Adhere to promoting development and laying a solid material foundation for human rights protection; Advocating equal treatment and enriching the diversity of human rights civilization; Uphold fairness and justice, and promote the democratization of the human rights governance system; Strengthen solidarity and cooperation, seek the greatest consensus on human rights governance, strive to improve the well-being of people of all countries, and create a better future for the world. The forum was co hosted by the State Council Information Office, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the China International Development Cooperation Agency. More than 300 Chinese and foreign guests from nearly a hundred countries and international organizations, including United Nations agencies, actively exchanged ideas and engaged in frank dialogue around the theme, contributing insightful insights to the development of global human rights.
