The county-level administrative regions with a permanent population of more than 200000 have at least one public stadium, or track and field fields, national fitness centers, sports parks, and public stadiums. The shortage of equipment in national fitness venues in villages and towns (streets) has been supplemented. The national fitness equipment in public places such as administrative villages (communities) has been further optimized and improved. Fitness trails, sports parks, outdoor sports facilities, and other green and convenient new carriers of national fitness have increased significantly. Mass sports events and activities based on fitness facilities have become more popular, and the service level and utilization efficiency of public fitness facilities have been further improved. Digital management has been basically achieved, and public satisfaction has significantly improved. The improvement action has become a new brand for the development of the national fitness industry in the new era. In addition, the main content of the "National Fitness Venue Facility Improvement Action" is to carry out four major actions: strengthening the foundation of fitness facilities, improving quality, optimizing services, and increasing efficiency. It aims to expand the increment of fitness facilities, improve the quality of fitness facilities, make good use of the stock of fitness facilities, and improve the level of open service and comprehensive utilization efficiency of fitness facilities; The main purpose is to promote the transformation of urban and rural fitness facilities from "existing" to "excellent", achieve quality improvement, service improvement, and efficiency improvement, and drive the development of mass sports events, fitness organization construction, and scientific fitness guidance, while consolidating the foundation of fitness facilities around the masses and ensuring the supply of basic public services.
