The Secretary for Home Affairs and Youth Affairs of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, Ma Mei juan, stated that in the "Youth Development Blueprint" released last year, the government proposed to further expand the breadth and depth of various overseas youth internships and exchange activities, including expanding the quota of the "Enterprise Mainland and Overseas Summer Internship Program". She encourages the selected interns to seize the valuable opportunities of internships in mainland China and overseas, increase knowledge, accumulate experience, broaden their horizons, and lay a solid foundation for personal and career development. It is understood that under the new round of plans, the number of participating enterprises has increased from 18 to 24, providing a total of 328 internship positions, covering industries such as financial services, entrepreneurship, logistics, real estate, retail, hotels, and public utilities. The internship locations are distributed in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area and mainland cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chengdu, Chongqing, and overseas countries include Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, and Sweden.
