The draft of the "Regulations on Fair Competition Review (Draft for Soliciting Opinions)" was studied and drafted, and public opinions were solicited on May 12, 2023, focusing on improving the implementation path and enhancing the effectiveness of the system. The second is the continuous standardization of improper market intervention behavior. The fair competition review system has been fully implemented. Thirdly, the consensus on fair competition among the whole society is gradually improving. With the theme of "Unified Big Market and Fair Competition for the Future", the first China Fair Competition Policy Propaganda Week was successfully held.
