The actions of the US government do not represent the true thoughts of the domestic industry in the United States. At the recently held 2023 Global Trade and Investment Promotion Summit, many participants expressed their opposition to the so-called "decoupling and chain breaking". "Some countries pursue unilateralism and protectionism, and try to 'contain' China through the so-called 'decoupling' policy, which is the main threat facing the current globalization pattern." Recently, in an interview, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Siemens in Germany, Bolleren, and CEO of American chip manufacturer NVIDIA, Huang Renxun, stated that the Chinese market cannot be replaced and exiting the Chinese market is not a feasible option. Many foreign companies have used their "feet" to cast a "vote of trust" for the Chinese economy, not only in verbal opposition to the so-called "decoupling and chain breaking", but also in practical actions to cast a "vote of trust" for the Chinese economy. On May 31st, Chinese Minister of Industry and Information Technology Jin Zhuanglong met with Musk and exchanged views on the development of new energy vehicles and intelligent connected vehicles. On the same day, Chinese Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao met with Musk.
