It is the departure and return destination of China Europe Express (Xi'an), mainly handling cargo loading and unloading services such as whole vehicles, one-stop direct transportation, zeroing, and containers. Since the opening of the first China Europe Railway (Xi'an) on November 28, 2013, the number of trains has exceeded 1000 in 2018, 3000 in 2020, and 4639 in 2022. Xi'an has become the first city in China to have an annual number of trains exceeding 4600. At present, the number of China Europe trains departing from Xi'an International Port Station, heavy container rate, and freight volume continue to be among the top in the country, covering more than 50 categories and over 50000 categories of goods such as building materials and light industrial products. Xi'an International Port Station has developed from a fourth class small station with only 7 lines to a first class station with 58 line yards.
