According to the distribution of seven major regions, including Northeast, North China, Central China, South China, East China, Northwest, and Southwest, the Opinion has released a list of key local characteristic food industry clusters. For example, there are Hubei Xiaogan Rice Wine, Huangshi Health Wine, Wuhan Hot dry noodles Products, Duck Products and Leisure Food, Qianjiang Crawfish Industrial Cluster, Hunan Anhua Black Tea Industrial Cluster, Henan Luohe Meat Products, Convenient Food, Red Dates Products, Nanyang Yellow Rice Wine, Daokou Roasted Chicken, Xinyang Maojian, Changge Bee Products Industrial Cluster, Jiangxi Pickled Duck Industrial Cluster, etc. Following this list, a national food map has emerged in outline.
