The second conference of the Boao Forum for Asia Forum on Global Economic Development and Security (hereinafter referred to as the "Boao Forum on Economic Security") was held in Hong Kong on the 29th. The Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Li Jiachao, delivered a speech stating that Hong Kong, as a part of the country and a member of the global village, must continuously leverage its unique advantages of relying on the motherland and connecting with the world under the "one country, two systems" policy, take a good internationalization path, and strive for economic, development, and competitiveness, making contributions to building a better Hong Kong and jointly building a community with a shared future for mankind. Zhou Haibing, vice governor of Hunan Province, said that he expected Boao Forum for Asia and Hunan Province to further deepen practical cooperation in various fields and promote high-quality development in an all-round way by taking the second session of the Forum as an opportunity.
