Ju County, Rizhao, Shandong has a long history, and the ancient city of Ju State located there is known as the first city in the Spring and Autumn period. Nowadays, The "rejuvenated" ancient city of Ju State is inherited in accordance with the historical context of the Ju region. Ten major scenic spots, including the Ju King Palace, Chengyang Prince Mansion, Diaolongyuan, and Wenchang Pavilion, are constructed to showcase the architectural art of Spring and Autumn, Han, Tang, Ming, and Qing dynasties, as well as the culture of the palace, military, imperial examination, and marketplace. The project has been selected into three major project libraries in Shandong Province, including the transformation of old and new energy, rural revitalization, and cultural tourism.
