The two heads of state pointed out the high level of cooperation between the two sides and reiterated their joint commitment to strengthening China Kazakhstan relations, which are characterized by unbreakable friendship, strategic interdependence of bilateral dialogue with external environment, and high level of political mutual trust. 2、 China highly evaluates the significant achievements made by the Republic of Kazakhstan in national development and construction since its independence, and supports Kazakhstan in building a just and just Kazakhstan. Both sides highly evaluate the domestic reforms and measures taken by both countries to achieve political, economic, and social stability and improve the well-being of the people. Promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in an all-round way with Chinese path to modernization. Both sides emphasized the significant importance of maintaining political security. China and Kazakhstan will continue to deepen political mutual trust, increase mutual support on core interests related to each other's sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity, firmly oppose external interference in the internal affairs of the two countries, and firmly oppose politicization and double standards of human rights issues. Both sides are willing to strengthen cooperation in the fields of anti interference and prevention of the "color revolution". Kazakhstan firmly adheres to the One China principle, reaffirms that the government of the People's Republic of China is the only legitimate government representing all of China, and Taiwan is an inseparable part of China's territory. It opposes any form of "Taiwan independence", reiterates that it does not engage in any form of official exchanges with Taiwan, and supports all efforts made by the Chinese government to achieve peaceful national reunification. China firmly supports Kazakhstan's independently chosen development path and supports the Kazakh government in taking necessary measures to maintain domestic stability, ethnic harmony, and promote socio-economic development. The two heads of state spoke highly of the cooperation achievements of the "the Belt and Road" initiative in the past 10 years.
