For the past 31 years, China and Central Asian countries have always adhered to the principles of mutual respect, good-neighborly friendship, solidarity, and mutual benefit. Political mutual trust has been continuously deepened, practical cooperation has been upgraded, and international cooperation has deepened and deepened. They have become truly good neighbors, good friends, good partners, and good brothers. Currently, the world has entered a new period of turbulence and transformation. China and Central Asian countries have good neighborly and friendly relations, highly aligned concepts, and closely related destinies. Promoting China's relations with Central Asian countries is crucial for the peaceful development of both sides and the region. China and Central Asian countries have always respected each other's development paths based on their own national conditions, firmly supported each other on issues related to each other's core interests, and firmly opposed external interference in their internal affairs. Central Asian countries highly recognize China's development philosophy and have always firmly supported and actively participated in the major proposals and cooperation initiatives proposed by China. Faced with the severe and complex world situation, China and Central Asian countries, relying on bilateral and multilateral platforms such as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the CICA, actively practice a new security concept of common, comprehensive, cooperative, and sustainable development, continuously establish and improve security cooperation mechanisms, deepen law enforcement and security cooperation, eliminate the breeding ground of the "three forces", crack down on illegal trafficking in drugs, weapons, ammunition, explosives, and transnational organized crime, Ensuring international information security, cracking down on illegal immigration, human trafficking, money laundering, economic crimes, and corruption, effectively safeguarding common security interests and regional peace and stability, making people live and work in peace, dignity, and happiness. In the face of the growing cold war mentality and zero sum game, unilateralism and Power politics are running against the current. China and the five Central Asian countries jointly defend multilateralism, firmly uphold the international system with the United Nations at its core and the international order based on international law, scrupulously abide by the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations and other recognized norms of international law, resolutely oppose hegemonic hegemonic acts, and safeguard the legitimate rights and strategic interests of all parties, It has promoted the democratization of international relations and promoted the development of the international order towards a more just and reasonable direction.
