Wang Kai, the Governor of Henan Province, delivered a speech at the exchange meeting, stating that the cooperation between Henan and Hong Kong has broad prospects. He hopes to take this cooperation and exchange as an opportunity to seize the opportunity and move forward, integrating "national needs, Hong Kong directors, and Henan ownership", and jointly promoting the construction of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, ecological protection in the Yellow River Basin, and high-quality development of major national strategies. The Secretary for Administration of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Chen Guoji, delivered a speech expressing support for Hong Kong enterprises to develop in Henan and actively participate in high-quality construction in Henan; Henan enterprises are also encouraged to make good use of Hong Kong's professional services and use Hong Kong as a "bridgehead" to explore the international market.
