Enhance the digitalization level of core equipment and key processes in the manufacturing process of process oriented industrial enterprises such as steel, petrochemical, building materials, and non-ferrous metals, and achieve information collection, monitoring, intelligent analysis, and fine management of material flow and energy flow in the production process. Promote the comprehensive digital management of discrete industrial enterprises such as machinery, automobiles, ships, electronics, and home appliances, and use data as a driving force to improve the industry's level of green and low-carbon technology innovation, green manufacturing, and operation and maintenance services. Encourage industrial enterprises to carry out the construction of information management and control systems for resource and energy carbon emissions, as well as online monitoring systems for pollutants, and promote the digital transformation of key energy equipment, new energy equipment, etc. The "Plan" has established the main goals.
