According to statistics from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, during the May Day holiday, driven by the demonstration of brand activities such as the "Earth Singing" National Rural Cultural Activity Year, various regions organized colorful mass cultural activities such as square dance, mass singing, and "village evening" according to local conditions. A total of 47554 activities were organized nationwide, with 166 million participants, promoting the popularity of the activities at the grassroots level and in rural areas. Among them, 9042 square dances were organized nationwide, with 35.3565 million participants; 3006 public singing sessions, with 17.8743 million participants; 1892 "Village Evening" events, with 7.0469 million participants; 9513 other activities such as exhibitions and reading were held, with 22.757 million participants.
