Individuals who have passed the 2021 and 2022 national unified legal professional qualification objective exam and obtained qualified results in the 2022 subjective exam will be granted legal professional qualification and issued a legal professional qualification certificate by the Ministry of Justice. Qualified individuals can apply for the granting of legal professional qualifications online from April 26th. If candidates have objections to the subjective exam results, they may submit a written application for verification to the judicial administrative authority in the place of registration within 15 working days from the date of publication of the exam results. It is reported that the 2022 legal professional qualification exam has been postponed due to the impact of the epidemic. Judicial and administrative authorities in various regions, in conjunction with relevant departments, have optimized service guarantee measures, focused on solving problems such as shortage of exam sites, examination venues, and machine resources, and made every effort to organize and implement exams.
