The main forum opened on April 22nd. Zhuang Rongwen, Deputy Minister of the Central Propaganda Department, Director of the Central Cyberspace Office, and Director of the National Cyberspace Office, Xin Changxing, Secretary of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, and Yu Shaoliang, Chief Editor of the People's Daily, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.
