Chen Maobo stated that in March this year, the Shanghai Shenzhen Hong Kong Stock Connect officially included eligible Shanghai and Shenzhen stock certificates in the "North Link", as well as eligible foreign company stocks in the "South Link", which is a milestone. On the one hand, it helps mainland enterprises obtain international funds, and on the other hand, it is conducive to attracting high-quality international enterprises to list in Hong Kong. He stated that the economic strength of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area is strong, and the sister cities of Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area can work together in the future, complement each other's advantages, and use financial power to promote high-quality economic development of each other, contributing to the country's higher level of openness in the financial field. Chen Maobo further pointed out that the focus of "strong alliance" lies in strengthening financial services for the real economy, leading industrial development and upgrading and transformation.
