Accelerate the unified planning, standardization, monitoring, and release of various ecological environment monitoring systems across different regions and departments. Accelerate the construction of natural resource and ecological environment monitoring information transmission networks and big data centers, and continuously enhance the national mobility of ecological product information. Enhance the effectiveness of ecological product value accounting through digital technology. Ecological products have strong externality.
