The coverage of the Industrial Catalogue not only focuses on the four major fields to further refine the industrial categories, but also focuses on the convergence of rules with Macao, such as covering "the design, production and sales of food, drinks, condiments and health care products approved and registered in Macao and produced in the cooperation zone", "trade brokerage, agency and service between the mainland and Macao, Portuguese speaking countries and countries jointly building the" the Belt and Road "" and other industries. The National Development and Reform Commission has announced that the Industrial Catalogue is an important basis for guiding investment directions, government management of investment projects, and formulating and implementing policies for the development of industries such as talent and land. Guangdong Province and relevant departments of the State Council should combine their functions to actively support encouraged industries in terms of project layout, funding arrangement, and factor guarantee.
