At the critical moment of comprehensively starting the new journey of building a modern socialist country and marching towards the second centennial goal, Daxing investigation and research has highlighted the distinctive political character of the CPC people and reflected the basic requirements of Marxist epistemology. Investigation and research itself is a scientific method "seen in practice". Leading cadres who take the lead in in-depth investigation and research at the grassroots level should constantly deepen their understanding and grasp of the Party's innovative theory, be adept at using the Party's innovative theory to study new situations, solve new problems, summarize new experiences, and explore new laws, so as to grasp objective laws in deeply excavating facts.
