How to really get through the pain points, blockages and difficulties in the deep integration of schools and enterprises? Lu Jianjun suggested that enterprises, as the main body of innovation decision-making, R&D investment and scientific research management, should establish joint research institutes and R&D centers in or near first-class university campuses on the basis of the main body of achievement transformation. On the one hand, we should give full play to the advantages of market entities such as enterprise demand traction, RD (research and experimental development) investment, organized R&D management and technological achievements transfer and incubation; On the other hand, we should give full play to the advantages of high-level talents, basic research, scientific research platforms and accumulated technological achievements resources in colleges and universities, explore the establishment of a new mode of in-depth integration of industry, university and research, achieve joint tackling around the bottleneck problem of enterprises, and cultivate new growth points for enterprises around technological achievements in colleges and universities. What does the university need to do and how to do to solve the problem of "what is the leading role of the enterprise, what is the integration of the university and the enterprise, where is the integration, and how is the deep integration"? In the face of this problem, the main content of Lu Jianjun's proposal focuses on how universities can play the role of a new force in basic research and major scientific and technological breakthroughs, work with enterprises to accelerate the in-depth integration of industry, university and research, and implement the "double mentors" joint training of talents between universities and enterprises. At present, Xi'an Jiaotong University has nearly 200 university-enterprise joint research platforms under research.
