The two heads of state held talks in a warm and friendly atmosphere, exchanged in-depth views on the cooperation in various fields and international and regional issues of common interest between China and Belarus, and reached broad consensus. Both sides spoke highly of the fruitful results of cooperation and development in various fields since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries 31 years ago, and agreed that the establishment of the all-weather comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Belarus jointly announced by the two heads of state in Samarkand on September 15, 2022 is of milestone significance. The relations between the two countries have achieved a historic leap and become a model of new international relations. I wish the Chinese people, under the leadership of the CPC, will comprehensively build China into a modern socialist power, achieve the second centenary goal, and comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization. China spoke highly of the significant achievements made by the Republic of Belarus in national development and construction since its independence, respected the Belarusian people's choice of the development path in line with their national conditions, and reiterated its support for the policies and measures taken by the Belarusian leaders and their government aimed at maintaining national stability and development. 2、 The two sides stressed that mutual firm support on issues involving each other's core interests is the cornerstone of the stable development of China-Belash relations. Belarus adheres to the one-China principle, recognizes the Government of the People's Republic of China as the only legitimate government representing the whole of China, reaffirms that Taiwan is an inalienable part of China's territory, opposes any form of "Taiwan independence", supports all efforts made by the Chinese government to achieve national reunification, and supports China's position of safeguarding national security and territorial integrity and safeguarding civil rights. China supports Belarus's efforts to maintain political stability and economic development, and opposes external forces interfering in Belarus's internal affairs under any pretext. Both sides agreed that it is necessary to explore the development path of democracy and human rights in line with the needs of the people from the perspective of their own realities, and firmly oppose the practice of double standards on democracy and human rights issues, and the use of democracy and human rights issues to interfere in the internal affairs of other countries. The two sides expressed serious concern about the practices of restricting the sovereign right of other countries to choose their own political, economic and social development direction in accordance with the recognized principles of the United Nations Charter. The two sides stressed the importance of working together to resist the implementation of illegal unilateral restrictive measures and pressure on sovereign and independent countries. 3、 The two sides agreed to further play the coordinating role of the China-Belakish Intergovernmental Cooperation Committee and promote the comprehensive development of China-Belakish cooperation in various fields. The fifth meeting of the Committee is planned to be held within the year. The two sides welcomed the expansion of direct contacts between the government departments of the two countries and the promotion of resolving urgent issues of bilateral cooperation. 4、 Both sides are committed to deepening comprehensive cooperation within the framework of jointly building the "the Belt and Road", continuing to promote trade facilitation between the two countries, and releasing China and Europe
