At the same time, China's network infrastructure construction has made great strides, and the digital economy has developed rapidly. According to Tian Yulong, the chief engineer of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, by the end of 2022, China has built and opened a total of 2.31 million 5G base stations, realizing "5G in counties" and "broadband in villages", and has built the world's largest and technologically advanced mobile communication network. The data centers in use nationwide exceed 6.5 million standard frames, and the total scale of computing power ranks second in the world. "Industry plays a ballast role in the macroeconomic market, and promoting new industrialization is of far-reaching significance." Jin Zhuanglong believes that promoting new industrialization is not only an inevitable requirement to achieve Chinese path to modernization, but also a strategic choice to achieve high-quality economic development. Focus on cultivating new drivers of green growth. "Green and low-carbon development is the major trend of global sustainable development, and accelerating the green and low-carbon development of industry is also an important measure to promote new industrialization," said Xin Guobin, deputy minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
