How is the national mental health in 2022? Recently, the Institute of Psychology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences released the 2022 version of the "Blue Book of Mental Health" and the National Mental Health Development Report of China (2021~2022) (hereinafter referred to as the "Blue Book"). The results show that China's social investment in mental health continues to increase, and the self-rated mental health status of adults is generally good, and the convenience and satisfaction of national mental health services are significantly higher than before. The Blue Book is divided into three parts: general report, sub report and special report. "As an important think-tank research achievement, the Blue Book discusses the current situation, development trend and influencing factors of mental health of different people in China, and puts forward some suggestions on further maintaining and improving the national mental health." Fu Xiaolan, director of the Institute of Psychology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and chief editor of the Blue Book introduced. Based on the survey of nearly 200000 person-times, the Blue Book comprehensively analyzes and presents the basic characteristics of mental health of many people in China. The survey found that the mental health of managers was the best, and the mental health of unemployed/unemployed people was the worst. The changes of working hours, job burnout, friend support, marriage relationship, exercise and nap have significant positive or negative effects on mental health. Among them, in terms of marital status, the married group has the lowest risk of depression, while the unmarried group has the highest risk of depression. The detection rate of depression risk (23.6%) is much higher than the married group (5.7%). Although some age factors are also superimposed, it still shows the protective effect of the support of close relationship on mental health. "From this perspective, it is of great value to people's mental health to promote young people's stable and harmonious marriage and family relationships," said Chen Zhiyan, professor of the Institute of Psychology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and deputy editor in chief of Blue Book. In terms of self-evaluation of mental health, for the four options of "How do you think of your mental health" - very good, medium, poor and unclear, 35.9% of the respondents considered "very good", 48.1% of the respondents considered "medium", 13.9% of the respondents considered "poor", 2.1% of the respondents considered "unclear", and the sum of the former two exceeded 80%. The latest survey results of China's national mental health showed that there were significant differences in mental health among different ages and incomes. In this survey, the detection rate of depression risk was 10.6%, and the detection rate of anxiety risk was 15.8%. The influencing factors of depression and anxiety were highly similar. In the adult population, the detection rate of depression risk in the 18-24 age group is 24.1%, which is significantly higher than that in other age groups. The detection rate of depression risk in the 25-34 age group is 12.3%, which is also significantly higher than that in the 35 and above age groups. The age difference of anxiety risk detection rate showed a similar trend. In addition, among different income groups, with the increase of monthly income, the detection rate of depression risk presents a curve change. The detection rate of depression risk in the group with monthly income less than 2000 yuan is the highest, significantly higher than other monthly income groups. "Different occupational groups also present different mental health characteristics." Chen Zhiyan said that the detection rate of depression risk is the highest
