The animation collection "China's Wonderful Tales", jointly produced by Shanghai Fine Arts Film Studio and B Station, has continued to attract the attention and discussion of netizens since its launch on January 1, 2023. In addition, according to Chen Liaoyu, the chief director, "The Country Bus Takes away Wang Hai'er and the Immortals" shows the real rural life, and the director has done a lot of collecting works in his hometown; "Snack Shop" tells the story of Beijing Hutong. The two directors usually live in the Hutong and have accumulated a lot of material. Hu Rui, director of "Goose, Goose and Goose", said that the film was based on "Yang Xian Scholar" in the mystery novel of the Southern Dynasty, "The Story of Continuation of Qi", which tells of an adventure when a merchant sent two geese to Goose Mountain. The creators of this story have adapted four versions successively, but finally they return to the original point, basically respect the original work and add a little change. As a result, the story and artistic conception of "Goose, Goose and Goose" are very interesting. Today's "Chinese Tales" has some shadows of the past, which makes people think that this is the Chinese story told by the Chinese people. For example, some of the details that everyone likes to talk about in the film: the self-mocking of the migrant workers in "Summer of the Little Monster", the nagging of the mother boar to let the little boar "drink more water", and the "Little Cat Temple" in "Goose, Goose and Goose", which integrates Chinese folk beliefs, are both contemporary and very Chinese.
