In addition to implementing the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, the Opinions also focus on solving the prominent problems in the process of youth growth, and protect the healthy growth of youth. Strengthen the responsibilities and functions of the three parties "Education is essentially to provide a good growth support environment for the growth of children and adolescents." Parents bear the main responsibility of family education. On the one hand, we should strengthen the sense of responsibility that family is the first class and parents are the first teachers, establish a scientific concept of family education, and effectively improve the level of family education; On the other hand, parents should actively participate in the family education guidance and home-school interaction activities organized by the school, make full use of the educational function of the social practice class, and promote the fulfillment of the main responsibility of family education. Social education is crucial to the growth of children and adolescents. The introduction of the Opinions has made how society cooperates with schools and families concrete and vivid. The Opinions pointed out that we should improve the social and family education service system, establish family education guidance service stations in urban and rural communities, promote the open sharing of various social resources such as culture, sports, science and technology, and ensure the full use of social education resources. At the same time, we should publicize scientific educational ideas at multiple levels and angles to create a good atmosphere for social education. Yao Feng, headmaster and secretary of the Party branch of Mingqiang Primary School in Qibao Town, Minhang District, Shanghai, believes that the Opinion is a scientific guidance, rational appeal and standardized operation from the three fields of school, family and society, and adheres to a new mechanism of collaborative education with the concerted efforts of the three parties.
