The Action Plan proposes that by 2025, Zhejiang will implement 10 major high-quality foreign cooperation projects, build 10 national-level cooperation bases, and 50 countries and regions that have established cooperative relations with Zhejiang in traditional Chinese medicine, train 2500 overseas talents in traditional Chinese medicine, and carry out 100000 overseas Chinese medicine services and exchange consulting, which will become a demonstration window for high-quality promotion of modernization and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine. Zhejiang Province will build an exchange platform for experts and scholars at home and abroad, promote the internationalization of "Zhepai Traditional Chinese Medicine", and support the establishment of the Zhepai Traditional Chinese Medicine Branch of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies in Zhejiang Province. To encourage private independent exchanges and support He's Gynecology and other famous academic schools of traditional Chinese medicine in Zhejiang to set up workstations abroad; We will support the in-depth exchanges and cooperation between the five high-level TCM hospitals in Zhejiang Province and European countries in the field of TCM. Establish a cloud consulting room for TCM services, implement the activity of "thousands of doctors paired with hundreds of overseas Chinese groups", provide online TCM services for overseas Chinese, and promote the application of standards such as prescriptions, medical records, and decoction pieces based on the reform results of "one thing for TCM prescription" in Zhejiang. The Action Plan proposes to build a number of overseas publicity platforms or carrier projects of traditional Chinese medicine, strengthen the overseas dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine culture, and organize and carry out "Zhepai Traditional Chinese Medicine" overseas travel activities every year. An exhibition area for the cultural services of traditional Chinese medicine for the Asian Games will be set up in the venues of the Asian (Paralympic) Games, focusing on the cultural history of "Zhejiang style traditional Chinese medicine", the digital reform of traditional Chinese medicine and other contents, and the subject of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment services will be set up at the medical emergency points of the Asian Games Village to provide appropriate technical health care services of traditional Chinese medicine. The Action Plan proposes to expand the application scope of overseas services and products, and promote the export of traditional Chinese medicine services by bringing medicine with medicine; Support Chinese medicine enterprises to carry out cooperation with Africa, and promote the registration of Chinese medicine products in some countries in the form of drugs, health care products, food, etc. Build a trading platform for domestic Chinese medicine enterprises and overseas purchasers, actively hold Chinese medicine international trade exhibitions and other activities, expand the international market and expand the trade categories of Chinese medicine products.
