To guide all localities to reasonably arrange the planting structure, stabilize the production of rice, wheat and corn, and expand the planting area of soybeans and oilseeds. The third is to strengthen service guarantee and do a good job in spring management and spring cultivation. We will strengthen the supply of agricultural materials, organize trans-regional distribution and transportation, and ensure smooth distribution. Strengthen the regulation of agricultural conditions, timely put forward guidance and provide information services.
