Recently, the Hubei Provincial Health and Health Commission, the Public Security Department and the Human Resources and Social Security Department jointly issued the Notice on the Implementation of the "Two Equal Treatment" Policy for the Standardized Training of Residents to ensure the reasonable treatment of residents. The Notice clearly states that the medical and health institutions at all levels should specify in the recruitment brochures that "if the resident doctors recruited to the society are graduates of ordinary colleges and universities, they will be treated as the same as the graduates of the same year if they are qualified for the residential training and are employed in the medical and health institutions", and the period of employment selection after graduation will be postponed according to the training time; We will implement the principle that "qualified clinicians with bachelor's degree through residency training will be treated equally as clinical medicine, stomatology, and master's degree candidates of traditional Chinese medicine", and include them in the specific conditions for job registration. The Notice proposed that we should continue to make effective policy convergence and improve the talent evaluation mechanism. After 2020, all clinicians with bachelor's degree or above who are new to medical posts will receive residential training; When medical and health institutions at all levels apply for and review the conditions for intermediate and above professional and technical titles, set the conditions for posts, and hire the post grades, they will treat the qualified clinicians with bachelor's degree in residential training as well as the master's degree candidates in clinical medicine, stomatology, and traditional Chinese medicine. The Notice requires that equal remuneration be guaranteed. When determining the remuneration and treatment of residents, clinicians with bachelor's degree who have passed the residency training shall be treated according to the corresponding standards of master's degree candidates in clinical medicine, stomatology and traditional Chinese medicine; Clinicians with bachelor's degree who have passed the residency training and are new to the work shall refer to the initial salary standard of the professional master's degree graduate students before defining the post, and the post salary shall be determined according to the post employed, and the salary scale shall be implemented according to the salary scale of the professional master's degree graduate students who are new to the work of the unit; For other newly recruited personnel who have passed the residence training, the post salary shall be determined according to the position they are employed, and the salary level salary shall be determined according to the personnel with the same conditions.
