"Recently, the special work team coordinated with relevant departments and mobilized social forces to provide two oxygen indicators for free in each village health center in the country, and is providing one oxygen generator for free in each township health center," he said. With regard to the protection of the elderly, young, sick and weak in rural areas, Zeng Yande pointed out that it is necessary to accurately grasp the information, carry out "one-to-one" insurance contact for the elderly, pregnant women and children over 65 years old, especially for the elderly living alone, the disabled and other key groups who lack the ability of self-health management, and timely identify, refer and treat the possible severe cases.
