We are striving to advance towards the goal of modernization. Over the past five years, we have adhered to the general tone of seeking progress while maintaining stability, fully, accurately and comprehensively implemented the new development concept, firmly built the strategic fulcrum of the new development pattern, and achieved a great leap in economic strength. It is estimated that the province's GDP will reach 12.8 trillion yuan in 2022, with three trillion yuan steps in five years and an average annual growth of 5%, ranking the first in the country for 34 consecutive years. The local general public budget revenue will reach 1.33 trillion yuan, and the total import and export volume of foreign trade will reach 8.3 trillion yuan. The total number of market entities has exceeded 16 million, with a net increase of 6.08 million in five years, including more than 7 million enterprises, accounting for 1/7 of the national total, and 17 of the world's top 500 enterprises, with an increase of 6 in five years. The proportion of the three industries was adjusted to 4.2 ∶ 41.1 ∶ 54.7. The added value of advanced manufacturing and high-tech manufacturing industries accounted for 55% and 29.5% of the industries above designated size, respectively. The added value of the financial industry reached 1.15 trillion yuan, and the added value of modern service industry accounted for 65.9% of the service industry. Guangdong's economic structure has been continuously optimized, and the quality and efficiency of development have been continuously improved. Over the past five years, we have resolutely implemented major national strategies, seized the opportunity to promote the construction of the "two zones" and the three platforms of Hengqin, Qianhai and Nansha, and the reform and opening up burst into strong vitality. The Outline of the Development Plan for the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao has been successfully implemented, the landmark projects such as the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong High-speed Railway have been completed and opened to traffic, the "Bay Area Link" project has been thoroughly implemented, the construction of the International Science and Technology Innovation Center in the Greater Bay Area has been accelerated, and the international first-class bay area and world-class urban agglomeration are showing vitality. The demonstration and leading role of Shenzhen's pilot demonstration zone has been fully demonstrated, and the first 40 authorized items of Shenzhen's comprehensive reform pilot project have all been implemented, with 18 items
