We have successfully achieved the first centenary goal and are heading for a new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way. In this year, the Beijing Winter Olympics was successfully held, the Shenzhou spaceship covered the sky and the moon, and the large domestic aircraft flew in the blue sky. In the face of the century-old changes of accelerated evolution, the towering ship of socialism with Chinese characteristics continues to chop the waves and forge ahead bravely. The new government of the Special Administrative Region has maintained its integrity and innovation, showing a new atmosphere of "Patriots rule Hong Kong". This year, with the strong support of the motherland, Hong Kong withstood the fierce impact of the fifth wave of the epidemic and steadily embarked on the road to normalcy; A series of international events such as the International Financial Leaders' Investment Summit and the the Belt and Road Summit Forum were successfully held, and Hong Kong has made steady progress on the right track of "one country, two systems"; On New Year's Eve, the fireworks on both sides of Victoria Harbour are bright, showing the harmonious beauty of the Pearl of the East to the world. Dear friends and citizens!
