The two heads of state announced to upgrade China Turkey relations to a comprehensive strategic partnership. The CPC is uniting and leading the people of all ethnic groups to comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization, and Turkmenistan is actively promoting the rejuvenation strategy of Turkmenistan. China and Turkmenistan share the same ideas, similar goals and linked interests. On the road to development and revitalization, we should work together to give play to complementary advantages, tap cooperation potential and achieve common development. China is willing to work with Turkey to continuously deepen China Turkey all-round cooperation, promote the establishment of a community of common destiny between China and Turkey, and make bilateral relations develop at a higher level. The two sides should support each other on the core interests of each other and respect each other's development path in line with their national conditions. The two countries should speed up the docking of development strategies, give full play to the role of the China Turkey Cooperation Committee and other mechanisms, constantly expand the breadth and depth of cooperation, and provide support for bilateral relations with tangible cooperation results. In the face of new international and regional situations and challenges, the two sides should deepen cooperation in law enforcement, security and biosafety, jointly combat the "three forces", and firmly build a security barrier to safeguard the development of the two countries. The two sides should strengthen exchanges in all fields and at all levels, carry out people to people and cultural cooperation, deepen people's feelings, and consolidate the public opinion and social foundation for the sustainable and healthy development of bilateral relations. Natural gas cooperation is the cornerstone of China Turkey relations, and expanding natural gas cooperation is in line with the strategic and long-term interests of both sides. The two sides should speed up the implementation of cooperation on major projects, fully tap the potential for cooperation in green energy, natural gas utilization, technical equipment and other fields, and forge cooperation across the industry chain. The two sides should steadily promote economic and trade cooperation, implement the Sino Turkish Government's Cooperation Plan on Expanding Economic Relations, and explore new ways and means to expand bilateral economic and trade cooperation. China supports more competent Chinese enterprises to invest in Turkey. We should accelerate the promotion of connectivity and enhance the facilitation of personnel exchanges between the two countries. Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic, China and Turkmenistan have actively carried out vaccine cooperation, fully reflecting the cooperation concept of working together to overcome difficulties. Both sides should continue to strengthen medical and health cooperation and exchanges and mutual learning in the field of traditional medicine, and accelerate the establishment of traditional medicine centers in Turkmenistan. We will continue to strengthen people to people and cultural exchanges, accelerate the establishment of mutual cultural centers, and complete the Luban Workshop as soon as possible. We should expand cooperation in the fields of news, media, and so on, successfully host the 2023-2024 China Turkey Cultural Year, and support the expansion of local cooperation between the two countries.
