Zhengguo Wonton reporter learned from Zengcheng District Government of Guangzhou on the 28th that according to the national group standard information platform, six "Zengcheng Snack" production technology standards in Zengcheng District of Guangzhou, including Zhengguo Wonton, Lanxi Lai Powder, Dace Skin, Patan Gaizai Powder, Zhucun Chicken Rice and Dongjiang Fish Bun, have passed the certification, becoming the first batch of geographic feature snack standards certified by the national information platform in Guangzhou. This marked that the standardization of "Zengcheng Snacks", the "Guangdong Cuisine Master" project in Zengcheng District, Guangzhou, has made significant progress. Since this year, Zengcheng District of Guangzhou has vigorously promoted the creation of the brand of "Zengcheng Snack", studied and formulated the group standards for six "Zengcheng Snack" production techniques, including Zhengguo Wonton in the district, and learned from the successful experience of the development of characteristic snack industries, such as "Lanzhou Ramen", "Shaxian Snack", and "Liuzhou Snail Powder". Taking the "Cantonese Chef" project as an opportunity, it has deeply explored the highly praised characteristic snack projects in the district. Lanxi Laifen Zengcheng District has conducted in-depth research and comprehensive analysis on more than a dozen Zengcheng specialty snacks through town street promotion, public selection, and association recommendation. According to the principle of selecting the best from the best, six "Zengcheng snacks", including Zhengguo Wonton, were finally determined as the first batch of standard system creation projects in Zengcheng District to polish the brand of "Zengcheng snacks", and promote the characteristics, branding, and standardization of Zengcheng diet. On the basis of full investigation, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Zengcheng District entrusted Guangdong Guangdong Cuisine Research Institute (Guangdong Light Industry Technician College) and Zengcheng District Food and Beverage Association to repeatedly study the group standards of six "Zengcheng Snack" production techniques, including Zhengguo Wonton, to scientifically regulate the collection of ingredients, technological process and finished product specifications of Zengcheng's most representative snacks, and successfully formulate the group standards. According to the introduction, Zengcheng has made full use of the platforms such as Guangdong provincial and Guangzhou municipal "Guangdong cuisine masters" training rooms and training bases to organize vocational skills training institutions with excellent teachers and excellent training quality. In accordance with the formulated and released "Zengcheng Snack" standard, Zengcheng has carried out the action of training "Zengcheng Snack" skilled talents. Since this year, 260 relevant skilled talents have been trained. At the same time, Zengcheng District vigorously implements preferential policies for entrepreneurship, and encourages "Cantonese cuisine masters" skilled talents to return to their hometown to open farmhouses and small restaurants with the characteristics of "Zengcheng snacks" or go out for entrepreneurship development. Taking Zhengguo Old Street in Zhengguo Town as an example, more than 70 households started their own businesses in the tourist area, and more than 90% of them were engaged in "Zengcheng Snack" related industries, which led to employment of nearly 300 people.
