According to the China Digital Economy Development Report (2022), in 2021, China's digital economy will reach 45.5 trillion yuan, with a nominal year-on-year growth of 16.2%, accounting for 39.8% of GDP. In the tide of digital economy, digital transformation has become a "required course" for enterprises. In this context, China Railway Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "China Railway") has achieved a comprehensive digital transformation from project management to production and operation by using digital technology, improved the level of refined management, guaranteed the sustainable development of business, enhanced the core competitiveness of the enterprise, set a model for the transformation of traditional infrastructure industry, seized a new highland of digital innovation, and created a digital business card for new infrastructure. Adhering to the concept of scientific and technological innovation to solve the problem of digital transformation, as one of the largest construction contractors in the world, China Railway has successively participated in the construction of more than two-thirds of China's total railway mileage, and has built three fifths of China's urban rail projects. With the continuous expansion of the company's business volume and the acceleration of the globalization layout, the traditional IT architecture has been unable to support the continuous expansion of the business, so it is urgent to achieve transformation and upgrading and improve quality and efficiency. In recent years, with the development and application of new technologies and new infrastructure such as big data, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, 5G, cloud computing, etc., it has provided a solid foundation for the digital transformation of the traditional infrastructure industry.
