News from China Railway Beijing Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Bureau Group"): On December 26, 2012, Beijing Zhengzhou Section of Beijing Guangzhou High speed Railway was opened, marking the opening and operation of the whole line of Beijing Guangzhou High speed Railway. By December 26 of this year, the 10th anniversary of the opening and operation of Beijing Guangzhou High speed Railway had been achieved, and the total number of passengers sent along the whole line was 1.69 billion. Beijing Bureau Group Co., Ltd. is responsible for Beijing West Railway Station, Beijing Fengtai Railway Station, Zhuozhou East Railway Station, Gaobeidian East Railway Station, Baoding East Railway Station, Dingzhou East Railway Station, Zhengding Airport Station, Shijiazhuang Railway Station, Gaoyi West Railway Station, Xingtai East Railway Station and Handan East Railway Station of Beijing Guangzhou High speed Railway. Over the past 10 years, Beijing Bureau Group Co., Ltd. has accumulated systematic and perfect safety operation management experience, and has safely transported 285 million passengers, which is favored by people along the line. On June 20 this year, Beijing Wuhan took the lead in normalizing the operation at a high standard speed of 350 kilometers per hour, increasing the number of direct high-quality benchmark trains and intelligent Fuxing EMUs running at major stations, introducing new services such as silent carriages and new ticket systems, implementing a market-oriented fare mechanism featuring flexible discounts, price rises and prices falls, and high-quality and preferential prices. The minimum running time between Beijing and Wuhan was reduced to 3 hours and 48 minutes. Starting today, 10 to 60 minute direct trains will be run between Beijing and Shijiazhuang every day, further reducing the space and time distance between Beijing and Shijiazhuang, and making the travel experience of passengers better. In the past decade, the number of passengers travelling by high-speed rail has increased rapidly. The Beijing Guangzhou high-speed railway under the management of Beijing Bureau Group Co., Ltd. has increased from 21.338 million passengers in 2013 to 40.14 million passengers in 2019, with a total of 285645 million passengers in the past 10 years. The daily average number of trains on the Beijing Guangzhou high-speed railway increased from 71 in 2013 to 152 (the highest). In the past decade, railway facilities have become more intelligent. From cash card purchase to code scanning payment, from manual ticket checking to self-service ticket gates, from magnetic media tickets to comprehensive electronic tickets, as well as 12306 Internet ordering and distribution, "Internet plus" enables passengers to enjoy smart travel. In the past ten years, passengers have been more comfortable waiting. From the clean sanitary environment, the addition of the third toilet, and the scanning paper, the toilet revolution has brought a more comfortable feeling. The station has optimized and upgraded the passenger traffic signs, the transformation of the inbound streamline, the addition of glass curtain walls, and the arrangement of green plants to dress up the waiting room. The warm and beautiful waiting environment makes passengers feel more relaxed and happy. In the past ten years, passenger transfer has become faster. Convenient transfer guide signs and reverse entrance gates are added in the station to facilitate transfer and speed up shift. The station has established a communication mechanism with bus, subway, taxi, etc., security check and mutual recognition, and relay service for passengers, effectively reducing the transfer time of passengers, so that passengers can travel more smoothly in the "last kilometer". In the past decade, the high-speed rail rapid transport volume has been growing continuously. The railway department has successively introduced high-speed railway products such as fast delivery, self operated daily delivery and the next day delivery. From the original Beijing to Zhengzhou, a confirmed train has been used to transport goods. Up to now, 10 high-speed trains carrying passengers have been used every day, with an average daily loading capacity of more than 2000 kg and an annual cumulative transport capacity of about 1200 tons.
