In recent years, the scale of the securities market has continued to expand, the trading model has become increasingly rich, and the investor structure has become increasingly complex, which puts forward higher requirements for the front-line regulatory capacity of the exchange. At the same time, the deepening of digital transformation thinking and the continuous breakthrough of digital technology have also provided broader development ideas and richer means for the transformation and upgrading of the transaction supervision information system. It is reported that the Shanghai Stock Exchange started the construction of the fourth generation transaction supervision system in 2016, which was orderly promoted in two phases. The first phase of the system will be launched at the end of 2019, fully integrating the business subsystem and realizing a "one-stop" transaction supervision platform. The Phase II system, which is fully completed and put into operation, uses more advanced real-time computing technology to complete the replacement and reconstruction of background computing and storage architecture, and comprehensively improves the processing performance and comprehensive analysis capability of the system. According to the introduction of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the fourth generation trading supervision system of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, on the basis of fully inheriting the advantages of the previous generation system, adheres to independence and controllability, promotes the construction of information innovation, and effectively supports the changing market supervision requirements in the future. Technically, the new system has the characteristics of high performance, high reuse and scalability. Its real-time processing performance has been greatly improved compared with the existing system. Its real-time processing capacity of transaction data has been expanded to more than 500000 transactions/second (the peak value of transaction data processing on the first day of online was 154000 transactions/second). Its overall message processing capacity can reach 10 million per second. The computing delay has been greatly reduced, and it can cope with the growing transaction volume and complex business needs; In terms of functions, we will closely combine the latest practice of supervision, enrich and improve the supervision model, and enable science and technology to further enhance the supervision capability.
