It has always been Wang Yuxiao's dream to pursue dreams bravely and engage in animation production. After graduation, due to professional limitations, Wang Yuxiao did not immediately engage in animation production related work. After working for two years, Wang Yuxiao quit his job and went to Beijing for animation training when he learned that a company in Beijing had opened animation training classes. "At that time, my work won the prize in the 'Flash Empire', and I was very happy." Wang Yuxiao said. After the training, Wang Yuxiao got an interview with a famous comic company, but she was dumbfounded during the interview. The animation company requires the interviewees to animate the running status of the characters within three days, which is not easy for Wang Yuxiao, who is new to animation production. Recalling the interview, she said with great emotion: "In order to finish this animation, I hardly had a rest for three days." But even though Wang Yuxiao has tried his best, he still hasn't finished the interview work. Wang Yuxiao, who thought he was not qualified for this job, received a notice from the animation company that he would be interviewed again. After meeting the interviewer, Wang Yuxiao expressed his desire to become an animator to them. Perhaps moved by Wang Yuxiao's enthusiasm for the animation industry, the interviewer decided to give her another chance. With the animation production experience of the previous 3 days, Wang Yuxiao successfully completed the interview works and joined the animation company as he wished. Looking for inspiration In a company with many experts, Wang Yuxiao feels pressure. "My colleagues have outstanding professional abilities. Compared with them, I am a layman." Wang Yuxiao is determined to study hard. Every break, she always listens to the elders' comments on the rhythm of animation and learns the color matching and production skills of animation. After work, she will also work late at night alone. Wang Yuxiao's efforts were not in vain. A few months later, she stood out. "The company set performance requirements for us. At that time, only two people exceeded the performance requirements. One was an experienced teacher, and the other was me." She said. Although he has already had a stable job, in order to go further in the animation production industry, Wang Yuxiao went to the Royal Melbourne University of Technology in Australia to study animation production. At the end of 2011, Wang Yuxiao returned home and founded his own company in Guilin. "At the beginning of our business, we didn't have creative ideas or projects. On weekends, we went to the fields to grow vegetables, experience life and find inspiration." Wang Yuxiao recalled.
