"The service facilities in the window hall are not perfect enough, and some staff members use nonstandard language..." Recently, the staff of Harbin Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision of Heilongjiang Province carried out an open and secret visit to the window units of various political and legal organs in the way of "four no two straight", and promoted the improvement of the window service quality by changing the style of work. Aiming at the deep-seated reasons behind the problem, the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision deepened the work of promoting reform through cases, "asking for advice" for possible symptomatic tendentiousness problems, constantly expanded and deepened the results of special rectification, further improved the purpose awareness, discipline and law awareness, and service level of window staff, so as to address both the symptoms and root causes.
