The National People's Congress of China is willing to carry out exchanges with the European Parliament and the parliaments of EU member states in various forms, at different levels and through multiple channels to provide legislative guarantees for China EU practical cooperation. Michel said that the EU is willing to strengthen dialogue and communication with China, enhance mutual understanding and jointly address global challenges such as climate change, energy security and food security.
