Unswervingly, not out of shape, and containing the spread of the epidemic as soon as possible -- Relevant experts of the joint prevention and control mechanism of the State Council responded to the current epidemic prevention and control hot spots

Recently, the local epidemic situation in China has shown a severe and complex trend of wide spread, multiple transmission chains and expanded epidemic coverage. In recent days, China has issued 20 measures to further optimize epidemic prevention and control, and issued four technical documents, including nucleic acid testing implementation measures, risk zone delimitation and control plans. How about the implementation in various regions? How to control the epidemic more accurately and efficiently? How about the construction and allocation of medical resources? Relevant experts of the joint prevention and control mechanism of the State Council made authoritative responses to the hot issues of public concern. Question 1: The 20 optimization measures have been announced for more than 10 days. The Integrated Group of the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council has also issued four technical documents, including the implementation measures for nucleic acid testing, the risk zone delimitation and control plan. How about the implementation in various regions? At present, the spread of the epidemic is accelerating in some regions. How can the relevant departments promote the handling of the epidemic? A: At present, the epidemic situation in China is still severe and complex. The "three unswervingness" is a clear requirement of the CPC Central Committee for the prevention and control of epidemic situations in China based on scientific research and judgment of domestic and foreign epidemic situations. We should fully, accurately and comprehensively implement the decisions and arrangements of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, resolutely overcome the mentality of paralysis and laxity, wait and see, adhere to the ninth version of the prevention and control plan and the 20 optimization measures, and do a scientific and accurate job of epidemic prevention and control based on prevention, early and fast. Recently, the State Council's joint defense and control mechanism comprehensive team deployed and dispatched all regions to implement 20 optimization measures as soon as possible through video conference, dispatching and training. Dispatching meetings and training meetings were quickly held in various regions to arrange and deploy the work of optimizing prevention and control measures in the region, and resolutely integrate ideas and actions into the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee. Each region has also set up special work classes, printed and distributed relevant supporting documents, implementation rules or guidelines, incorporated the implementation of optimization measures into the regular supervision, publicized and interpreted 20 optimization measures from an all-round and multi perspective, developed training plans and implementation plans, organized a series of training and layered training according to different training objects, and further promoted efficient epidemic response. At the same time, all localities have further strengthened the efforts to address the problem of overweight at all levels, focusing on the rectification of such problems as the random closure of schools and classes, the suspension of production, the unauthorized blocking of traffic, the random adoption of "silent" management, the random closure of controls, the long-term non closure, and the random suspension of clinics, so as to unblock the channels for people's complaints and reports, solve the urgent problems of people's complaints in a timely manner, and ensure that 20 optimization measures are implemented in place and effective. On the basis of sending 15 epidemic prevention and control working groups, the National Health Commission and the National Bureau of Disease Control and Prevention strengthened video consultation guidance and point-to-point scheduling, continued to strengthen the guidance on epidemic disposal in key provinces, and required that the epidemic should be quickly controlled to firmly control the spread of the epidemic. Question 2: The current national epidemic situation is still severe and complex, and the number of COVID-19 infected people in some places has surged in a short time. How can we control the epidemic more accurately and efficiently? A: To control the epidemic situation more accurately and efficiently, we should focus on three "four": first, we should implement the "four early", do a good job in regular monitoring and early warning, improve the sensitivity of epidemic monitoring, and at the same time, strengthen the awareness of risk practitioners, key institutions and key people
