Zhang Kejian, Director of the National Space Administration, said that the National Remote Sensing Data and Application Service Platform should be built into a model project for data opening and sharing, the International Cooperation Center for Satellite Data and Applications of the National Space Administration should be built into a model base for international cooperation in aerospace, cooperation among governments, research institutions and enterprises should be strengthened, and all-round exchanges and cooperation with foreign government agencies, enterprises and international organizations should be promoted, Continuously enhance China's aerospace international influence. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), remote sensing satellites in China have developed rapidly, especially with the implementation of the high score special project, to build a stable operating high score satellite remote sensing system. At the same time, the application of remote sensing satellites still has problems such as low efficiency, difficult data sharing, and scattered application services. In order to promote the joint construction, sharing and sharing of remote sensing data in China, the National Space Administration, together with relevant departments, has organized seven co construction units, including the Earth Observation and Data Center of the National Space Administration, the China Resources Satellite Application Center, and the National Satellite Meteorological Center, to work together to jointly build the platform. As a national public welfare and basic remote sensing information public infrastructure, the platform will open up information channels for remote sensing satellite data sharing, build a basic framework for resource interconnection and efficient utilization, carry out comprehensive application of space resources and unified scheduling of emergency disaster reduction and relief, and promote high-quality development of remote sensing applications across industries, departments and regions. In order to build an international cooperation hub of the platform, the National Space Administration and Hainan Province jointly built the "Hainan Satellite Data and Application Research Center" to build a national satellite data and application international cooperation base.
