On the 21st, at the opening ceremony of the United Nations/China Global Partnership for Space Exploration and Innovation Seminar, the National Space Administration issued the Action Statement of China Aerospace to Promote the Construction of a New Global Partnership for Space Exploration and Innovation, proposing to promote the construction of a new global partnership for space exploration and innovation that is equal, mutually beneficial, open, inclusive, peaceful and beneficial to mankind from eight aspects, and help build a community of shared future for mankind in the field of outer space. In recent years, China has actively carried out space exploration activities, including the "Chang'e" lunar exploration, the "Tianwen" fire exploration, the "Xihe" daily survey, and the space station survey, to continuously deepen human understanding of the universe and promote the common well-being of mankind. This action statement includes eight aspects: jointly discussing global governance, promoting action coordination, deepening project cooperation, promoting innovative development, sharing scientific achievements, encouraging diversified participation, building a cooperation platform, and maintaining human security. It systematically describes the concept, initiatives and actions of NASA to build a win-win "circle of friends". It is understood that the Action Statement of China Aerospace to Promote the Construction of a New Global Partnership for Space Exploration and Innovation is another important initiative to promote international exchanges and cooperation in aerospace after the Statement of China Aerospace to Assist the United Nations in 2030 Sustainable Development Goals issued by the National Space Administration in 2019.
