The reporter learned from Xinghe Power Aerospace Company that at 14:20 on November 16, 2022, the company successfully launched the Ceres One (Yaosi) carrier rocket (task code: YOUNG FOR YOU) at Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, and successfully sent five satellites with high scores of 03D08, 51, 52, 53 and 54 of the "Jilin One" constellation into the sun synchronous orbit. This is the fourth consecutive successful launch of the Gushenxing 1 commercial rocket. Xinghe Power Company has maintained a 100% success rate, and has completed 14 satellite launches for 7 satellite customers, setting a new record for the launch and delivery of private commercial rockets in China. At the same time, this is the first time that domestic low orbit constellations use private commercial rockets for network launch, which has promoted the ecological and healthy development of domestic commercial aerospace industry. Jilin No.1 Gaofen 03D08, 51, 52, 53 and 54 satellites are the third-generation optical remote sensing satellites independently developed and mass produced by Changguang Satellite Technology Co., Ltd. Five Gaofen 03D satellites will be networked with Jilin No.1 Gaofen 02D and Jilin No.1 Gaofen 02F satellites to provide remote sensing satellite images for various users. Xinghe Power Company used the self-developed transfer launch vehicle to carry out transfer and launch tasks for the first time in this launch. The transfer launch vehicle has the functions of environmental temperature control, mobile transfer transportation, rapid vertical launch, etc., which further reduces the requirements for pre launch support in the launch area.
