In the first 10 months, the production and sales of new energy vehicles have respectively completed 5.485 million and 5.28 million, with an average year-on-year growth of 1.1 times. Production and marketing reached a new historical high. In October, the production and sales of new energy vehicles were 762000 and 714000, up 87.6% and 81.7% year on year respectively, continuing to drive the steady growth of China's automobile production and sales. Among them, the production and sales of pure electric vehicles increased by 71.9% and 66.6% respectively year on year, and the production and sales of plug-in hybrid vehicles increased by 1.6 times and 1.5 times respectively year on year. The market penetration rate rose rapidly. China's new energy vehicles have entered a new stage of market driven large-scale, high-quality and rapid development, and their sustainable development capacity has been further enhanced. From the cumulative data, the market penetration rate of new energy vehicles reached 13.4% last year, 8 percentage points higher than that of the previous year. In the first October of this year, it climbed to 24% again. The global sales accounted for more than 60%. In the first three quarters of this year, the global sales of new energy vehicles exceeded 7.26 million, while the sales of new energy vehicles in China reached 4.567 million, accounting for 62.9%. The export continues to grow at a high rate. In 2021, China will export 310000 new energy vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 3 times; In the first October of this year, 499000 new energy vehicles were exported, up 96.7% year on year.
