In the arena of the competition, young nursing staff for the elderly are full of vigor and vitality, competing skills in catching up with each other. The young elderly care nurses learn technology, compare skills and have strong abilities, and will emerge in the 2021 National Elderly Care Vocational Skills Competition. Of the 128 contestants who participated in the national finals, 50% had a bachelor's degree or above, the average age was 29 years old, the youngest was only 21 years old, the oldest was 42 years old, and the average length of working in elderly care was 6 years, the longest was 13 years. The young elderly care nurses carry forward the spirit of labor and craftsmanship, win themselves the honors of "national technical expert", "May Day Labor Medal", "March 8th Red Banner" and so on with their skilled skills, and defend the glory of the profession with ordinary perseverance. In the front line of epidemic prevention and control, the young elderly care nurses, full of the spirit of "giving up who I am", bravely went against the trend at the critical moment.
