In 2022, the Riyadh International Book Fair in Saudi Arabia recently ended. With the theme of "cultural season", more than 1200 publishers from 32 countries and regions, including the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, France and the United Kingdom, participated in the book fair. As a representative of China's publishing industry, Wuzhou Communication Press has exhibited more than 3000 books of more than 500 kinds. The exhibits include Arabic, English and Chinese books from more than 10 domestic publishing institutions, including Wuzhou Communication Press, Foreign Language Press, Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press, Beijing Language and Culture University Press, People's Education Press, etc., which comprehensively demonstrate the achievements of contemporary Chinese people's efforts to realize the Chinese Dream, including literature, social sciences, traditional culture, children's education Foreign language books and key copyright books of language learning and other categories, as well as "Chinese cities", "the most beautiful ancient poetry", "scenery" and other Chinese themed cultural and creative products. It is reported that since the signing of the memorandum of "China Saudi Arabia Classics and Modern and Contemporary Works Translation and Publishing Project" in 2016, more than 10 books have been published, including Chinese Literature, Chinese Geography, and the History of the Currency Development of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During this book exhibition, Wuzhou Communication Press also held a press conference on the achievements of Sino Saudi mutual translation jointly with the Saudi Research and Knowledge Exchange Center, with the participation of writers, translators, Saudi Sinologists, etc. involved in the mutual translation project.
