Second, focus on responsibility to transmit pressure. Urge all departments to carry out business environment innovation actions, formulate 173 specific implementation measures in 19 fields, and take responsibility as a concrete and entity; Establish a docking mechanism with the Organization Department of the Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) to "clear reception hall", feed back 57 problems related to business environment reported by enterprises to relevant discipline inspection and supervision teams stationed in the city, and urge functional departments to rectify in place. From January to August this year, 76 outstanding problems in the field of business environment were investigated and dealt with in the city, and 98 people were punished.
